II. COSTS
- 10' x 10' Booths - $450 USD
- 8' Table (Dealers) - $250 USD
- 8' Table (Artist Alley) - $50 USD
The dealer/exhibitor must fill the following <FORM> and send it to eventos@ecreativo.com to be able to have a space in the convention. Spaces are to be paid 100% at least 15 days before the event or the space will be forfeit. |

In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the event, the dealer/exhibitor will receive 100% of payments done, after that they forfeit any payments done.
Darkened booths in the floor plan are not available.
Only the spaces marked with the following numbers are dealer tables: 617, 619, 621, 623, 718, 720, 722, 724.
III. RULES REGULATIONS
- The exhibitors are limited to sell and promote their products only within your booth/table area.
- It's prohibited to smoke or drink alcoholic drinks inside the convention center.
- At least 1 person from the exhibitor's personal must be at the booth/table while the event is in operation.
- No Exhibitor can exhibit, sale or promote offensive material to the general public.
- It's prohibited to exhibit, sale or promote any illegal merchandise by law, this includes but is not limited to bootleg dvd/cd copies.
- No activities done by the exhibitor in their booths/tables must disrupt the flow of people on the hallways.
- In case of Music or Videos, the volume level must be enough to not harm or disrupt other exhibitors.
- In case that your merchandise are weapons (swords, knifes, etc) they must be sold packed and taped.
- No one is allowed in the exhibitors area or convention center after hours, we recommend to take your cash boxes with you.
- It's prohibited to distribute flyers outside the area of the event.
IV. SECURITY
Entretenimiento Creativo has security after hours to safeguard your products, but we can't guarantee any merchandise during event hours, the exhibitors are fully responsible of their merchandise, personal, accident or lost during the event hours.

V. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Booths & Tables are confirmed once we received the <Registration Form> and 100% Payment.
- Exhibitors can only bring merchandise during setup hours.
- Exhibitors can only take merchandise away during dismantling hours.
- Exhibitors can't paint, drill, hammer or anything that may damage the convention center in anyway.
- All merchandise left by the time dismantling is done is considered lost for any purpose.
- Exhibitors are responsible for badges and bracelets, in case of abuse they will be fined.
- Only exhibitors in food booths, can sell food or drinks, if you do this your material will be confiscated until the end of the event.

Setup
Friday June 4th - 16:00 to 21:00 hrs
Saturday June 5th - 08:00 to 11:00 hrs
Event Open
Saturday June 5th - 11:00 to 21:00 hrs
Sunday June 6th - 11:00 to 21:00 hrs
Dismantling
Sunday June 6th - 21:00 to 24:00 hrs
VII. MEMBERSHIPS
- Exhibitor will receive 3 exhibitor badges for each booth/table rented.
- Additional badges are available at a cost of $10 USD
